Returns & Exchanges

All TowerLifeCo products are made to order.

Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong color.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at towerlifeco@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

Refunds are only issued in cases of verified defects or fulfillment errors.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
